As you may have seen in our recent blogs, we are about to enhance our standard reporting package for those customers who opt for their fuel transactions in Excel, the new data set will include a wide range of additional information to help reduce your administration and make it easier to keep on track of your fuel expenses.
Our new reporting suite will go live from the 1st of June and is free of charge. Your dedicated account manager will be on hand should you need any support. In addition to capturing your fleet’s CO2 usage, our new report will include the following insights:
1. “Itemised transactions”
As normal, customers will receive their scheduled invoices. This includes an itemised list of transactions for those who want detailed information on their fleet’s spending.
2. Summaries
We also include various summaries of your fleet’s transactions, helping you see concise and helpful information that allows for quicker, more streamlined, administration when looking at your fleet’s outgoings.
These summaries include:
A. “Summary of usage by fuel location”
B. “Summary of usage by card usage”
C. “Summary of usage by product”
D. “Summary of usage by cost centre”
3. “Highest spend by card” and “At which branded site”
Users can also see which specific card has the highest outgoings and at which branded sites drivers are refuelling.
This allows you to monitor if any staff members may need training on refuelling more efficiently. For example, they may be refuelling in lesser amounts frequently or they could be topping up at non-core locations, both of which can lead to being charged a higher rate.
4. NEW: Itemised CO2 usage
The newest feature of our reports is a list of itemised CO2 usage. This information will be invaluable for your company’s carbon reporting and ongoing carbon reduction plan. You will be able to see, with complete transparency, the current CO2 usage of your fleet which you can choose to offset with a variety of external carbon neutral programmes.
5. NEW: CO2 usage by product
We will also be including a CO2 usage by product summary tab, which will allow you to analyse which fuel products create the biggest CO2 impact. This will allow your fleet to make more informed decisions about which products to choose as we all slowly work towards changing our infrastructure to support carbon-neutral fleets.
