How easy is it to change to Fuelmate from my current provider?
Starting with Fuelmate couldn’t be easier! Some customers believe they are tied into a contract with their current provider or that they may be charged exit fees if they leave. This belief often comes from the fuel cards themselves having a 12-month long lifespan, with an expiry date that reflects this. However, fuel card providers themselves usually don’t tie their customers in on a long-term contractual basis or charge exit fees.
This means that, even if you have a current fuel card provider, you will still be able to research and apply for other fuel cards that may get you a better result. Get in touch with our team to find out more.
How do I know if I am getting the most out of my fuel cards?
A good fuel card deal will give you a consistent fuel price saving when compared to the national average, access to the best sites for your drivers, and never surprise you with any hidden fees, such as service or convenience fees. We will never charge you any hidden fees and will analyse your account on an ongoing basis to ensure you are always using the best cards for your fleet.

Who do I contact if I have an account query?
When you sign up with Fuelmate, you’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager who will help you with any advice or queries you may have regarding your account. You’ll never be put through to a busy call centre or left without an answer.
